Integration of automated quality control systems for mixing dissimilar fibers in spinning technology
Incoming article date: 13.11.2024The article analyzes the placement of developed measuring devices for assessing the quality of blending of natural and chemical fibers in various spinning systems of cotton and wool spinning industry. The variants of installation of sensing elements on carding and draw frames are considered. Algorithms of interaction between microcontroller and personal computer in the automated measuring system are presented.
