It was investigated the influence several additives and process parameters on the properties of piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT phase systems. It was shown that the use of the substitution of Pb2+ ions on the Bi3+, and Ti4+ ions, and Zr4+ to Fe3+ and Mn4+, as well as the method of "chemical assembly «allows to obtain increase the Curie temperature of ceramic samples of 50 - 170°C. The theoretical aspects of this area of research have been discussed in this article.

  The main influence factors on the long-term cracking resistance of asphaltic concrete pavement reviewed in the article. There is offered the indicator of long-term cracking resistance and calculating experimental method of minimum quantity defining of cycles of asphaltic concrete stressing till crack formation in compliance with climatic conditions and traffic load. Results of technical diagnostics are given is long maintained water carrying out constructions nondestructive control methods on an example of irrigating systems of the South of Rossi. Possibility of use of devices of nondestructive control is especially noted at inspection them that allows operatively, without additional damages, to receive an objective assessment of their technical condition. When using this approach there is a possibility justification of parameters of defects and damages which it is impossible to establish at visual survey.
