The paper analyzed the influence of the shape and projection of its location on the surface of the heat sink on the heat source temperature. Based on the theoretical analysis, it was shown that the pins, ribs, hinges, and other projections are present on the surface of the heat sink, it does not increase the cooling surface and heat-loaded lower temperature source. These designs provide only near the side surfaces of the rapidly decreasing dipole, quadrupole, and other components of the field, which are not conducive to heat dissipation from the source, and create a circulating flow.

The problem of developing a compact and narrow-band waveguide filters in the rectangular waveguides with two centrally symmetric L-crests is solved. The aim of this article is the experimental verification of the results of computer simulation of the properties of thin metal diaphragms with a elaborate aperture. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the developed theoretical algorithms and make possible to use proposed thin metal diaphragms as basic elements in design of compact waveguide band-pass and band-locking filters.

This paper provides solution for the task of plane movement of the underwater vehicle using hierarchical control system. Searching A*-algorithm is used for creation of the path plan. Vehicle moves along the stated path under control of position-path regulator on the base of square form. Vehicle, used in this paper features torpedo-like form, two cruise engines and maneuvering device.

The article presents the results of an analytical review of the major conventional approaches to processing and analysis of the ion current signal of contemporary domestic and foreign authors. Analysis of works made in terms of assessing the possibility of calculating the parameters of the combustion of the fuel-air mixture. It is shown that strong susceptibility of ion current to influence of intercyclic variations limits application of methods in practice, despite considerable theoretical opportunities of such methods.

Studies of social stereotypes and stereotyping mechanisms as part of the process of social cognition occupy priority places in the research of images of interacting partners. The problems of accentuation stereotypes in real behavior and activity of individuals in the field of road traffic (drivers, pedestrians, representatives of DPS) today only acquire some shape, but has not yet been properly addressed to. Traditional studies of gender stereotypes, unfortunately, are not able to uncover the underlying mechanisms of perception, which "create and run" the process of stereotyping due to specific reasons, objectively contained in the activity of subjects of interactions on the road. Attempts to detect and describe these mechanisms require research of real interactions of the subjects and objects of stereotypes, namely those and their specific characteristics that contribute to the emergence and actualization of gender stereotypes. The importance of this article is determined not only by the prospects of the development of theories of stereotypes as forms of everyday consciousness, but also the possibility of using some of the ideas for positive change of life of road users, accompanied by a high level of conflict, risk, interaction and challenges related to different factors of social reality. Gender stereotyping of subjects of road interactions are important factor clearly uncommitted to objective rules and norms of the culture of behavior on the road.

The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods for the design of hybrid systems manage badly formalized technical objects related to unmanned aerial vehicles such as helicopters, namely quadrocopters. The result of the article is to provide analytical information on the existing structures of hybrid controllers, the understanding of the characteristics of their design, practical use. The results differ from the more unique orientation with respect to the management of quadrocopters based on a hybrid approach.

The methods of the diagnostics and oil-and-gas installations state analysis reliability increasing based on usage of the parametric methods of statistics are discussed in this paper. The variance analysis of the mechanical properties of the pump rods made of normalized steel is given in this paper (according to the data of the manufacturing plant for the period of 10 years). It is found that breaking point and yield stress are distributed with the truncated normal laws in the region of minimum values. The obtained average values and variation coefficients of the mechanical properties within the steel grade permit to calculate the statistically significant changes of the mechanical characteristics. The correlations between Vickers hardness and breaking point (Vickers hardness and yield stress) in the case of steels produced in the Russian Federation for the pressure-operated vessels are also presented in this paper. These correlations permit to determine the strength characteristics with the relative error of 12% according to the hardness value. In the case of transferring the obtained correlations on the steels produced in Japan the systematic underestimation of the yield stress is 0,85 fold with respect to the value given in the certificate. The factors that influence on the microanalysis sensitivity and accuracy are revealed, the optimal scanning electron microscope mode and research conditions for the chosen patterns are also determined. Evaluation of the systematic inaccuracy of determining the carbon content in the steel is obtained in this paper. It is found that the measurement error for the scan area from 3 x 3 to 20 x 20 mm and accelerating voltage from 10 to 15 kv is minimal. The usage of the obtained results permits to increase the validity of the findings in the diagnosed installations condition evaluation and determining the conditions of their further exploitation.

When creating and using of medical systems and devices for various applications, considerable importance is periodic verification and testing of such systems and devices. This article discusses an approach to the construction of optimal calibration systems and devices for testing of medical devices that are used to create and maintain modern medical technology. The most popular and accessible systems from companies such as General Electric Medical Systems IT, Natiоnal Instruments, DIATEST considered in this article. The estimation of the effectiveness of these devices in various stages of development and testing of medical devices. The paper discusses examples of the construction with the use of modern laboratory information environment LabVIEW. The present approach permits to select a sufficiently effective suite for verification and testing of medical devices in the company and for the training of students. Based on the findings made in the article, you can choose the most appropriate complex for initial verification of medical equipment and for periodic calibration.
