The article is devoted to the analysis of the UES of the South, which is part of the unified energy system of Russia (UES of Russia). An assessment of the change in the installed capacity of the power system over a period of 10 years and the causes that caused it has been made. A comparative analysis of changes in the structure of the installed capacity of the UES of the South by types of power plants at the beginning and end of the period under review is presented. Information on the largest commissioned generating facilities of the energy system, including solar and wind power plants, is reflected.

It is estimated that more than 9% of the Russian population is hearing impaired, and the development of dactyl recognition systems is becoming critical to facilitate their social communication. The introduction of dactyl recognition systems will improve communication for these people, providing them with equal opportunities and improving their quality of life. The research focused on learning the characters of the dactyl alphabet, as well as developing a labeled dataset and training a neural network for gesture recognition. The aim of the work is to create tools capable of recognizing the signs of the Russian dactyl alphabet. Within the framework of this research the method of computer vision was applied. The process of gesture recognition consists of the following steps: first the camera captures the video stream, after the images of hands are preprocessed. Then a pre-trained neural network analyzes these images and extracts important features. Next, gesture classification takes place, where the model determines whether the sign belongs to a certain letter of the alphabet. Finally, the recognition results are interpreted into a suitable symbol associated with the gesture. During the research process, the signs of the dactyl alphabet and interaction features of people with auditory impairment were studied and a dataset of more than 25000 trained data was also created. A model was developed and trained based on the most appropriate architecture for the task of the work. The model was tested and optimized to improve its accuracy. The results of this work can be used in the creation of devices to compensate for poor hearing, providing people with hearing impairment comfort in society.

This article describes aspects of ontology design for the sphere of information security. There are some examples of the use of ontologies in the sphere of information security including risk management, classification of threats and vulnerabilities, monitoring incidents, as well as examples of existing developments of ontologies for information security. The relevance of the development of legal ontologies is determined and examples of their use in practice are given. Also, the importance of designing a legal ontology for the subject area of information security under consideration is given due to the presence of a large legal framework. The paper presents the developed ontology model for one of the regulatory documents in the field of personal data protection. The approach to ontology design presented in the paper is proposed to be applied in the development of an information security learning system.

The calculation of efficiency indicators in the production of grain and leguminous crops is carried out on the example of the Irkutsk region. Given that the production of agricultural products occurs under conditions of uncertainty, the initial data for calculating these indicators are random variables, so the calculations are carried out using a probabilistic break-even analysis based on the Monte Carlo method. The break-even point, invested income, and operating profit are selected as performance indicators. Based on the given initial data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Irkutsk Region and the Federal State Statistics Service for the Irkutsk Region, point and interval estimates were obtained during modeling. For the listed performance indicators, the models of their calculation, depending on the source data, are given. As initial data there are: the volume of production of grain and leguminous crops; expenses for a production unit; fixed costs; average price per unit of production; the size of the subsidies.

During the harvesting of crops, a significant amount of straw residues is formed, which can be used as raw material for subsequent processing. To assess the volume of straw suitable for processing for various needs of the agro-industrial complex, it is proposed to apply the Lotka-Volterra method. Using this method, it is possible to predict the formation of straw residues depending on the initial indicators during harvesting.

Currently, there is a certain quantity of different game level generators. However, most of solutions in this segment have typical disadvantages, such as lack of versatility, specialization on specific game level types, game logic or incompatible output data. Some of these solutions require additional software or special hardware, when some of them are encapsulated in a gaming application without any possibility of interaction with user. These problems could be solved by developing partly-automated universal game level generator that supports certain level of human control. Proposed approach involves partial automation of the process of creating game levels. Designed generator is implemented as a dynamic link library that contains all necessary tools for generating game level. The library is the main part of the software package. This library implements several different methods of generating game levels that include functions for generating basic path, creating static geometric objects and placing interactive game objects. This software package also has specific tool for game level designer that allows declaring and designing pluralities of basic level elements which are used by the generator.

The analysis of electromagnetic processes of thyristor controlled voltage regulator consisting of triple-wound transformer with thyristor units is possible only by means of computer modeling. The synthesis of triple-wound transformer by means of block diagram method is concerned here. As a platform for modeling use visual simulation package Simulink. Key assumptions in the development of nonlinear mathematical model of the transformer are generally accepted.

A widespread technology with deep litter floor with broilers. Promising material for bedding are the straw materials. However, straw, held a simple reduction, does not meet the zootechnical requirements, in particular the recommended length of the cut should be 50 mm to 150 mm. Thus, there arises the problem of fractionation straw, obtained at harvest crops as waste. We carried out an analysis of the different types of fractional chopped straw with nodal connections without them. Studies have been conducted on the behavior of these types in an air classifier with a velocity change .

Now nanotechnologies are one of perspective methods of diagnostics in medical practice. Nanoparticles can be used as contrast agents for medical ultrasonic introscopy due to their adhesion to tumor cells and bacteria. The mathematical model of the laser excitation of acoustic signals in a liquid medium with the presence of the nanotubes was developed and numerically studied. Increasing of the level of photo acoustic signal was shown.
