Abstract
Research of social facilities by key signs
Incoming article date: 05.11.2024The existing classification of social objects is considered, using the example of school buildings with a link to the capacity of pupils and the location in settlements of different types. The key external and internal factors that influence the decision of the construction organization to sign a contract for the construction of school institutions are identified, the problem is described - insufficient transport accessibility, lack of resource base, Construction time lag in the implementation of social projects. The influence of the chosen design solution, as well as climatic conditions on project implementation dates was considered.
