  • Determination of zigzag nature of vehicle trajectories

The paper presents a method for quantitative assessment of zigzag trajectories of vehicles, which allows to identify potentially dangerous behavior of drivers. The algorithm analyzes changes in direction between trajectory segments and includes data preprocessing steps: merging of closely spaced points and trajectory simplification using a modified Ramer-Douglas-Pecker algorithm. Experiments on a balanced data set (20 trajectories) confirmed the effectiveness of the method: accuracy - 0.8, completeness - 1.0, F1-measure - 0.833. The developed approach can be applied in traffic monitoring, accident prevention and hazardous driving detection systems. Further research is aimed at improving the accuracy and adapting the method to real-world conditions.

  • Application of modern digital tools for precision determination of microhardness results on the surface under study

The application of the results of hardness measurements and its modeling in CAD as a 3D model is considered. Different welding modes were applied and electrodes CT-15, OZL-8 and CL-11 were used as consumables. The test material is a hot-rolled pipe with a diameter of 159 mm made of corrosion-resistant steel 12X18N10T with a thickness of 6 mm. The electrodes were fused to half its length and removed from the electrode holder, after cooling the remainder of the electrode, it was reused. For scanning measurement of microhardness of samples with a load of 100 g, the scanning step was applied 0.5 mm. The use of modern software was able to more accurately simulate the test results on a 3D model. The samples are welded with CT-15 electrodes at a maximum current of 100 A. the hardness is over 450-550 HV, regardless of what the passage was. Similarly, when welding with OZL-8 brand electrodes, but only at low currents, the hardness exceeds 450 HV. In both electrodes, the hardness is increased. When using OZL-8 electrodes, samples welded at high currents have less hardness than at low currents. When welding with these electrodes, it is possible to use them in certain passages, for example, when surfacing the root layer of the seam. In the case of full penetration in high-current modes with CT-15 electrodes, the result differs little as in low modes.

  • Analysis of technological parameters of feller buncher under different environmental conditions

This article considers the issue of the efficiency of roundwood production, which depends on the formation of high-performance forest machine complexes. The authors substantiate the problem of searching for optimal logging complexes for specific natural and climatic conditions. In this paper, the authors analyze the definition of a technological parameter, its essence and types. Also, the article describes the technological process of a feller buncher. The results of the analysis of technological parameters of feller buncher under different natural conditions are presented. Dependences of the productivity of a feller-buncher machine on various natural and climatic factors have been revealed. The authors proposed the information-logic and mathematical models of the work of a feller-buncher machine. A detailed analysis of the components of the technological process of a feller buncher is carried out. Further, a formula is proposed for calculating the productivity of a feller buncher. The results of the work are presented in the form of dependency graphs. The graph of the dependence of the time of movement of the machine to the group of trees subject to cutting, from the relief of the terrain and the graph of the dependence of the time of capture and cutting of the tree on the diameter of the tree in the place of the cut are given.
